A love three hundred years in the making —

After being knocked out in battle, Angus Brian Cameron wakes in a terrifying new world with flying beasts, horseless carriages, crazy music, and strangely dressed people. Has he gone mad? When Angel Adair discovers a man in 1975’s San Francisco Lands End park dressed in little more than a Scottish kilt, is he just a confused drifter or her dream-lover come to life?

Thirty-five years ago, when my husband and I visited San Francisco on our honeymoon and walked the cliffs near Lands End surrounded by the scent of juniper and pine, the swirling misty fog sowed the seeds for the Finding My Highlander Series. Of course, back then I didn’t write fiction and never considered my time-travel wonderings or old memories might guide me back to that wind-swept cliff when the creative muse finally struck.

Every time I visit San Francisco I leave a bit of my heart behind. The colorful houses, stacked like pieces of confection up and down winding streets, catch the eye and provide no end of speculation as to the inhabitants. There is a certain magic about the city and it’s easy to imagine unlimited happy-ever-after scenarios for stories.

In April, 2016, Finding My Highlander, (which began in 2013 and jumps to 1705 Scotland,) was the first book in the Finding My Highlander Series.

Now, I’m happy to announce the release of the second book in the series, My San Francisco Highlander. Book two begins in 1675 Scotland and quickly leaps forward to 1975 San Francisco. There is a family thread that connects the stories, but each love story stands on its own.

I’m in the initial stages of book three, which will move back in time to around 1707 (in the early Scottish settlements in the New World.) Each of these stories centers around the love of a braw, brave Highlander.

I haven’t come up with the title for book three, any suggestions?
